Your enquiry data
When you submit the contact form, Ticking Events receives your name, email, optional phone number, event preferences, travel details, message, language and consent. These details are stored securely in our connected database to let our team review and respond to your request. Do not include payment card details, passport numbers or sensitive personal information.
Purpose and access
We use enquiry details to communicate with you and prepare a relevant proposal. Submission does not sign you up for a newsletter and does not create a booking. The public website provides no access to saved enquiries. Information needed to arrange confirmed services may be shared with relevant travel or event suppliers after discussing the arrangements with you.
Security and service providers
The website is hosted on Vercel and enquiry data is stored with Neon PostgreSQL. A one-way digest of the connection IP is stored for abuse prevention; the form does not store the raw IP address. Contact enquiries are not automatically emailed by this website. If website analytics are enabled on the deployed site, Vercel Web Analytics measures aggregated site use.
Questions and privacy requests
To ask about access, correction, deletion or how your enquiry is handled, use the contact form and mention “Privacy request”. Our team will review your request and explain any information needed to verify it and any applicable retention obligations. This notice describes the current website functionality and should be reviewed by the business for its legal obligations before launch.
